Welcome to the Leadership world. Thank you for accepting the role and responsibility of being an Elder and Leader in your local church.
The Holy Spirit has called you, so commit yourself, educate & dedicate yourself to God as an elder/leader as a servant in His Service.
As an Elder you are an under shepherd of the flock. Get to know your flock by understanding and loving them and by staying in touch. Let them know you care. People don’t care how much you know, they want to know how much you care
